Not Bad March 8, 2010 Saber Overall I was pleased with this--sturdy case, nice chips, and dealer and blind buttons. The cards seemed a little cheap, but I can get decks of cards anywhere. The chips feel very nice in the hand, but there must be some kind of microscopic burrs on them because they snag and won't slide across a felt tabletop. I mainly bought this set over my other choices because this had free shipping, my top choices all wanted $20 or so for shipping.
Now, if only I could win a game once in a while.
Poor case construction March 4, 2010 Santosh Villoth (Green Bay, WI, USA) The chips are decent & feel good to play with. The case is of poor quality. My case handle snapped on the 2nd day due to the weight.
case inside cheap/broken January 9, 2010 Mom to Boys (Doylestown, PA United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The inside of the case is made of a very cheap and flimsy plastic that arrived in pieces. Sent it back.
wish everything was so easy January 4, 2010 L. Kleven (Minneapolis, MN) I wish buying everything was so easy. Not only did Amazon have the lowest price but it helped that the sipping was free and arrived in a very timely manner even though I ordered it right before the holidays!
Not recomended as a gift for someone else, but... December 19, 2009 my5kidsdad (Arroyo Grande, CA) ....they were good enough for me. I purchased the set only for the chips and they appear to be of good quality. They are nice heavier weight and will serve my purposes. With the free shipping from my Prime Membership, the price was a good one. The case, on the other hand, tends to make me think these were "seconds". Mine has a large crack in the back and one of the rubber "feet" which go on the bottom was completely missing. As I noticed this tended to be the case in other peoples feedback, I was ok with the chance that it might happen to me. If you have a place to store the chips, in the event that your case is less than good quality, you're good. Enjoy the chips, but be prepared to make allowances for the case.
