I have been a Beck Fan for years and never understood why he was on CNN instead of Fox. The man is intelligent, caring, funny and wonderfully weird... and it all comes through in this book.He covers a great variety of topics including why he is a Mormon, which was so funny I was laughing out loud. I'm not a religious person so it was interesting to me how an adult chooses a particular religion. If you love Glen the way millions of us do, you will love this book. If you are open minded or don't know much about Beck, you will love this book. If you're a typical hate filled liberal who hates Glen Beck, hates Fox News, hates Conservatives and Traditional Values, save your money because you will hate this too.But please, be honest and don't criticize the book if you haven't even read it, just because you don't like Beck.

This book like all the others Glenn has written is great. I don't think Glenn is a radical or an alarmest. But I do think he has nailed it as solid as anyone could. We can all learn from him and his books.

This book was written by Glenn Beck, whom I must say is very sexy...although I don't agree with everything in his book. His book Common Sense was his best book. Although this book has a lot of facts inside that some people may not want to believe until they do the research themselves. This book is good for those who really want to debate.

Insightful, witty and personal book October 25, 2009

Mr Beck often uses hyperbole and humor to get his point across. In this book, it is more personal, more human. Even when I disagree with him, I can see his point of view and understand why he feels as he does. As to the definition of right wing crazy, Mr Beck fails. He was just as big a thorn - and thoughtful critic - of the Bush administration as he is of the Obama administration. I suspect Mr Beck is the Will Rogers of our day. In any event, this is a thought provoking book and I highly recommend it. If your liberal side gets toasted, don't take it too hard; he is just as hard on small minded republicans and conservatives. But he will NOT suffer a fool! Go ahead and read it - you may find ol' Glenn a lot smarter than you think.
